Because these PvP fights take place on a different server, when you participate you will be able to play at the same level. All of your items and levels will be lost. you'll be given a basic list of stats. You'll then be able to select a combat style, which will bump up certain stats. You can then choose a second mode of fighting that is different from the first.
After fights have been completed You'll earn rank point and reward points if you win a PvP game (1v1 game or event) which the game arranges for you. While you will be able create tournaments and duels by hand but these will not be rewarded with points.
In line with efforts to decrease RMT and enhance the experience all rewards that aren't cosmetic will only be available in areas that allow PvP. You can't engage in any kind of attack, but you can hit other players with these rewards, too. Certain of these rewards aren't tradeable, while you would expect them to be traded. This is designed to further reduce appeal to RMT spammers and scammers searching for products.
