fiber to your diet. Fruits and vegetables have lots of fiber, so do whole
grains. But, if you can't eat more of either of those you can also add a
powdered fiber product to drinks, sauces, and even dips. When trying to lose
weight, be sure to eat plenty of fiber. This will fill you up, and you will not
be hungry for other potentially unhealthy foods. Fiber is also fantastic for
digestion and overall bowel health. Some foods that are good for you and high
in fiber are avocado, bran cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and oats. A
helpful tip to help you lose weight is to let other people know you're trying
to lose weight. It can be really hard when you eat out with your friends,
