Vidalista 10, which contains 10 mg of Tadalafil, should never be taken with nitrate medications due to the risk of a serious and potentially life-threatening interaction. Nitrates, often prescribed for chest pain (angina) or heart conditions, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or isosorbide mononitrate, work by dilating blood vessels to improve blood flow. Vidalista 10 mg also causes blood vessel dilation by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme.
When combined, these effects can drastically lower blood pressure, leading to severe hypotension, dizziness, fainting, heart attack, or stroke. This interaction is so dangerous that patients taking any form of nitrates are strictly warned not to use Vidalista 10 or any PDE5 inhibitor. Even if nitrates are used intermittently, a waiting period of at least 48 hours is advised after using Tadalafil before taking nitrates. Always inform your doctor about all medications you use to avoid dangerous drug interactions.
