This kind of fault is mostly caused by the damage of the foot switch or the water in the foot switch socket causing a short circuit, and the other is a problem with the manual start button switch. The repair method is to replace the new switch, socket, button switch or dismantle and repair the damaged parts
The second kind of fault phenomenon: when the semi-automatic operation works, the foot switch slides down and then rises after being released.
This phenomenon is usually caused by the proximity switch on the left side of the slide seat being damaged or disconnected. The solution is to change the proximity switch or connect the switch.
The third kind of fault phenomenon: when the semi-automatic work is performed, the vertical slide seat is stepped down by stepping on the foot switch, and the printing seat does not move after moving left.
The reason for this problem is that the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal slide is not sensed or there is a problem. The solution is to adjust the induction point of the left proximity switch or change the proximity switch; there is also a micro switch in the foot switch that is stuck and does not move, which can also cause this problem. The solution is to adjust, repair or replace the micro switch in the foot switch.
The fourth kind of fault phenomenon: stepping on the foot switch during semi-automatic operation, the slider descends to the left and then rises but does not move to the right. The occurrence of this phenomenon is that the proximity switch at the upper left of the vertical slide is not sensed or there is a problem with the proximity switch. The solution is to adjust the proximity sensor at the upper proximity switch or a better proximity switch.
The fifth kind of fault phenomenon: after the action switch, the ascent action is slow by half a beat. This kind of problem is that the control solenoid valve is blocked by foreign objects or the solenoid valve is defective. The processing method is to remove the solenoid valve to clear or replace the solenoid valve.
The sixth kind of fault phenomenon: manual and semi-automatic all do not operate, the power light is on. This kind of fault is caused by the blowout of the low-voltage side fuse, no gas source enters, and all the solenoid valves are faulty. The solution is to change the fuse on the low voltage side and check whether the pressure can reach 4-7kg / cm. All the solenoid valves are very small, and most of them are disconnected.
The seventh kind of fault phenomenon: automatic, semi-automatic start without landing. This kind of fault occurs when the proximity switch on the right side of the slide seat is faulty or not sensed, the selector switch is faulty, and the single-action switch interlock point is damaged. The treatment method is to adjust the proximity switch induction or change the right side proximity switch, change or repair the selector switch and single action switch.
The eighth kind of fault phenomenon: automatic failure to start, this kind of fault is that the micro branch switch of the upper and lower cylinders is normally closed, the contact cannot be turned on or the timer is damaged, the treatment is to repair the micro switch or change the timer.
The ninth kind of fault phenomenon: the worktop does not suck in air. The reason for this kind of fault is that the suction motor burns.
The contactor that controls the operation of the motor is damaged and the suction motor rotates, but the control of the suction solenoid valve and the suction selector switch are defective, and the treatment method is repaired or replaced.
The tenth kind of fault phenomenon: the work surface does not suck, the reason is that the solenoid valve controlled by the suction is damaged or the internal block is damaged. The treatment method is to replace and repair.
The eleventh kind of fault phenomenon: the rise speed of the vertical slide is slow. The reason is that there is no oil in the vertical slide bearing or the cylinder piston is worn, and the magnetic center bends the axis.
